I joined Spendflo as the third designer where 60% of my contributions had been in the product and engineering team
and 40% had been in marketing, pre-sales, and buying team.
Here is my detailed journey and how I collaborated with multiple stakeholders from different teams to get tangible results -
I conducted usability testing on the entire platform to identify functional and usability issues which was then later ratified by PMs and then handed off to engineers with improvised solutions.
I enhanced an existing feature by understanding product requirements, objectives and then created a fully-functional prototype for Pre-sales team to explain existing customers and prospects on what’s coming in future.
Managing and documenting the design system has also been a favorite part of my journey there because we were able to drastically reduce the time taken in reviewing the developed features by developers and also helped them in not spending too much time in recreating every element in every screen.
I co-owned the creation of SaaS benchmark reports, pitch decks, and website assets by collaborating with marketing team and buying team to understand their requirements.
I co-owned the revamp of Spendflo’s official website where I worked on
I standardized the look and feel of the help center with Spendflo’s new brand guidelines.
